Optimist Hall | Charlotte, NC

22,000-square-foot food hall + 86,000 SF Duke Energy Innovation Center in the Optimist Park neighborhood in Charlotte, NC. The project is 92% leased. Merritt is intimately involved in all aspects of the development, from conceptual drawings, to a projected opening date of June 2019. Development, construction and leasing were executed with with co-development partners White Point Partners and Paces Properties.
